How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipping. Free shipping is available on orders over $250. International delivery typically takes 10–20 business days; customs may apply.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days, please contact us.

Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Due to the nature of our products, all purchases are considered final. We encourage you to review product details, sizes, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at Hinubusiness@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll sort it out.
